Our Manufacturing Process

1. School Specification & Master Sample

Every programme begins with the school's approved design, fabric, colour, measurement chart, logo, trims and finishing requirements.

The approved specifications and master sample become the reference for production.

2. Fabric & Material Approval

Before production, fabrics and critical materials are checked against the approved reference.

Checks may include:

* Fabric shade and appearance
* Fabric specification
* Visible defects
* Buttons, zips and trims
* Embroidery and branding materials

Where required, technical testing can also be coordinated against school-approved parameters.

3. Pattern & Size Development

Size-wise patterns are developed according to the approved measurement chart.

Our focus is on maintaining:

* Consistency of fit
* Correct grading between sizes
* Comfortable movement
* Repeatable measurements across batches

4. Production

Once specifications and samples are approved, production is planned according to:

* Item-wise requirement

Size24 5-Stage Quality Control

QC-1 — Incoming Material Inspection

Fabric and critical trims are checked before they are released for production.

QC-2 — Pre-Production Approval

A finished reference garment is checked against the approved specifications before bulk production begins.

QC-3 — Inline Production Inspection

Quality checks are conducted during production to identify issues relating to stitching, measurements, alignment, branding and workmanship.

QC-4 — Final Garment Inspection

Finished garments are checked for measurements, stitching, finishing, labels, branding, stains, loose threads and visible defects.

QC-5 — Packing & Dispatch Verification

Before stock is released, the school, product, size, quantity and labelling are verified.
